When you join erek 02, you enter into an agreement with our platform to use our services in accordance with the terms we set out here. These terms govern your account opening, your deposits and withdrawals, how our promotions work, and how we handle disputes or breaches. Beyond welcome bonuses, we credit weekly cashback every Monday morning based on your net loss (total wagers minus total winnings) during the preceding week. Cashback percentage varies by your account tier. Cashback has no playthrough requirement and can be withdrawn immediately. You cannot combine active welcome-bonus playthrough with cashback in a single withdrawal; cashback sits in your main balance and is withdrawable once your welcome bonus expires or is fully played through.

Reload bonuses and seasonal promotions are announced via your account notifications. Each promotional offer comes with its own terms, eligibility criteria, and expiration date. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time, though we will provide reasonable notice to affected players.

Bonus abuse—such as claiming multiple welcome offers, creating duplicate accounts, or coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers—violates our terms. If we detect bonus abuse, we will forfeit all bonus balances and may suspend or close your account without refund.

Tier progression and loyalty mechanics on erek 02

Your account tier on erek 02 is determined by your total wagers during the preceding calendar month. Tier status resets monthly on the first day. Bronze is our default tier (no minimum wagers); Silver requires our welcome offer+ monthly wagers; Gold requires our welcome offer+; Platinum is by invitation only. Higher tiers unlock improved cashback rates, higher deposit and stake limits, and priority withdrawal processing.

Tier status does not guarantee future bonuses or promotions. We reserve the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or definitions at any time. Any changes will be announced to affected players with 30 days' notice.

Dispute resolution and account disputes

If you believe an error has occurred on your account—such as an incorrect settlement, a missing deposit, or an unauthorized transaction—contact our support team within 7 days of the incident. Provide as much detail as possible, including dates, game types, and stake amounts. We will investigate and respond with our findings within 14 days. If we determine that an error occurred, we will correct it and apply any necessary adjustments to your balance.

If you disagree with our resolution, you may escalate your dispute to our management team. This escalation must be submitted in writing within 7 days of our initial response. We will review the escalation and provide a final decision within 30 days. Our decision at this stage is binding unless you pursue remedies available through your local jurisdiction's regulatory body or courts.

erek 02 is not liable for delays or failures caused by your payment provider, your internet connection, or external technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We maintain server uptime and security standards consistent with industry practice, but we do not guarantee non-specific info availability at all times.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your erek 02 account immediately if we detect: fraudulent activity; attempted circumvention of our verification or bonus systems; violation of these terms; or breach of applicable law. Suspension may be temporary (pending investigation); termination is permanent and results in forfeiture of all account balances.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, we will notify you via email and explain the reason where possible. You may request account closure at any time through your Account settings. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 30 days. Closing your account does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations or disputes.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
